STR8UPGAYPORN AWARDS/SEAN CODY MODEL BRANDON CANCELS HIS KICKSTARTER AND SCORES $3475 (NO REFUNDS)- DONATIONS BECOME SPENDING MONEY
Str8UpGayPorn Awards / Sean Cody Model Brandon aka Jeff Cope launched a Kickstarter campaign in late May 2017. Brandon's campaign was 'we think' designed to rip off the public help raise money in order for him to promote his vague fitness concepts or food or something like that.
The campaign was doomed from the start when the editor from Str8UpGayPorn got involved and posted a link to the Kickstarter and the donations dropped to zero.
Brandon/Jeff had four Kickstarter live chats during the fundraising, but the videos had the public asking more questions than making donations.
The Gay Republic followed Brandon/Jeff's campaign. Our fact-checking posts forced the Str8UpGayPorn editor to post an interview (which is now believed to be a fake) with Brandon/Jeff to help with damage control. It didn't work-
Str8UpGayPorn Awards/Sean Cody model, Brandon's most recent Instagram update is where he announced the end of his Kickstarter page. Brandon revealed that it didn't matter that he didn't reach his goal because he already had the help he needed (so the public's donations are now his pocket money). Brandon/Jeff shows his true side by smiling and laughing in a photo that accompanied his quitting news to his donors.
Who posts a photo of such joy when you're canceling something and to not even send a message of thanks to his donors- that's rude.
One donor contacted us and informed us on how he felt scammed with his donation 'he [Brandon] couldn't wait until the time ran put quits just hours before it would end' said the donor. The public would probably agree with this donor.
The same donor went on to say 'The kid is a punk, preys off the kindness of others and takes your money"
Brandon isn't legally obligated to give his donors their money back. Once the Kickstarter is over, it's done and Brandon starts counting your his money.
