As the saying goes 'this too shall pass' and it's Greg Grove/Matthew Rush's situation that would make this an appropriate hashtag.
Gay Porn Legend has dealt with a hellacious few months with his legal situation.
Why did a website attempted to degrade Matthew without merit and failed to report the facts even when they posted court papers documenting Rush's court appearances?
It's that ridiculous behavior of one editor to which dropped out of school in the 10th grade, to compel Rush's friends and fans to contact The Gay Republic and assist in reporting the actual details and not garbage and used google search words.
In August, Matthew was involved in a 'domestic dispute' with is boyfriend which lead to the authorities to get involved and settle the matter in court (all charges dropped).
During that same month, The Gay Republic exclusively reported that Matthew was involved with a traffic citation while driving in Fort Lauderdale, Florida [August 11, 2017]. It's this incident that would come back to haunt the gay porn superstar.
In September, Matthew was involved in another brush with the law that resulted in an arrest of drug charges and arrested [September 19, 2017]. Matthew posted bond and was released.
As reported by The Gay Republic, Matthew violated the terms of his bond [failure to appear in Fort Lauderdale court for prior traffic incident -August 11, 2017]. The protocol for this infraction is immediate re-arrest of the individual.
In the subsequent days after his re-arrest, Matthew with court-appointed legal counsel satisfied his obligation with his traffic citation in Fort Lauderdale, Florida [October 16, 2017-Judge Ginger Lerner-Wren].
Matthew remained in custody until his scheduled court appearance [November 7, 2017] to address his drug charges which could result in 5-7 years in prison.
The Gay Republic can confirm that the State of Florida has dropped the charges of felony possession as we expected since the case was based on a 'residue'.
The charge of misdemeanor possession remains pending as the State of Florida builds their case to present on a future court date [TBA].
Matthew Rush's huge fan base is steadfast in supporting him while he continues moving forward.
